A PLC-controlled recirculating mill that refines homogeneously blended chocolate raw materials down to the desired micron value.
This machine refines homogeneously blended chocolate raw materials down to the desired micron value. It operates on a chocolate recirculation system, completing the refining process in a shorter time than comparable machines and saving both time and energy. It is PLC-controlled. Through the operator panel, it automatically draws cold and hot water and transfers chocolate to either a single or dual storage tank via pneumatic actuator valves for transfer and recirculation.
Particle size of the raw materials is one of the parameters that affects chocolate quality. Chocolate raw materials, homogenized in the Pre-Mixer, are reduced to the desired particle size by the İNBM 1000. With a capacity of 1,000 kg, the chocolate reaches a particle size of 24-28 microns after an average processing time of 60 to 90 minutes.
Chocolate raw materials prepared in the pre-mixing tank are transferred by pump to the ball chocolate mill for particle-size reduction. The system’s raw material is icing sugar; when 50-micron icing sugar is used, the resulting product reaches a particle size of 22-28 microns in approximately 50-75 minutes.
