A machine that cuts sheet chocolate coming from the production line with blades and separates it by size using 4 different vibratory sieves.
Sheet chocolate coming from the production line is cut by the Chocolate Cutting Machine’s blades and falls onto the vibratory sieve. Four different vibratory sieves then separate the chocolate by size into the finished product. Chocolate pieces are sorted into four bins: 4×7, 4×4, 2×2 and powder.
