For MELODİ Chocolates, a flexible arrangement system based on human-robot collaboration was built using 5 SCARA robots, 10 feeding points and 5 cameras.
In this system built for MELODİ Chocolates, 10 different chocolates are arranged into boxes using 5 SCARA robots and a camera system.
The project includes 5 SCARA robots, 10 feeding points and 5 cameras. Due to the wide variety of MELODİ’s chocolates and box types, human and robot operation are carried out together at certain points, delivering the most flexible system possible. Different grippers were designed for different products, with different operating recipes created for each. The user interface was designed to be simple and easy to understand, entirely according to the customer’s requirements.
At this company, which places great importance on hygiene and aesthetics, chocolate packaging is carried out without any human touch.
