We engineer and manufacture the cooling tunnels used in our enrobing, drop/chip chocolate and moulding lines to match your facility’s requirements.
Cooling tunnel specifications for moulding lines: PU-insulated, energy-efficient stainless steel construction; efficient water-cooled cooling system; easy-to-clean design with individually accessible doors for each zone; six precisely controllable cooling zones with six independent temperature set points. EBM Plast (German) high-airflow circulation is used together with an INTRALOX (American) modular belt.
Each cooling battery delivers 4 kW, for a total system cooling capacity of 4 kW × 6 batteries = 24 kW. The upper and lower decks have independently adjustable set points and control mechanisms. For energy efficiency, the tunnel can also run as a single-deck system at half energy consumption when operating at lower capacity.
