A system that fills patterned cavities with dragees from the hopper as the drum rotates, placing them onto biscuits below.
Dragees in the hopper fill the patterned cavities as the drum rotates around its centre. The same rotation then deposits the dragees, still in their patterned shape, from the cavities onto the biscuits below. The machine’s hopper is continuously replenished with dragees throughout the production run. Because product is transported to the hopper by elevator, the dragee quantity can be adjusted as required without needing to access the machine body.
