In one example project, two depositors on the line allow two different types of chocolate to be produced simultaneously. A double-layer cooling tunnel delivers fast, dual-variety production and optimal use of space with less automation.
Moulds are automatically loaded onto and unloaded from the tunnel; after leaving the cooling tunnel, they are directed to the demoulding robot. The demoulded chocolates can then be placed in three different ways: directly onto the belt at set intervals, onto plates arriving in sync from the plate-feeding system, or into plastic separators according to the desired number of layers.
