In the Bucket Filling Line, empty buckets are fed manually onto the conveyor, and dosing from the chocolate pipe begins once a bucket-present sensor detects the bucket. Weight is measured by a Mettler Toledo load cell beneath the bucket, which cuts off the filling once the target weight is reached. The bucket is then transferred to the lid-sealing station, where a bucket-centering system positions it precisely under the sealing head. The lid is placed on the bucket manually, and the operator presses the button with both thumbs, lowering the piston to seal the lid onto the bucket. Because bucket sizes vary, the mould settings are adjusted accordingly.
