A rotary depositor used for drop and chip chocolate production, manufactured in lengths ranging from 600 mm to 1,800 mm.
The rotary depositor is a chocolate machine used for drop and chip chocolate production; it can be manufactured across a wide length range, from 600 mm to 1,800 mm, according to end-user requirements.
Capacity for coin-shaped pieces and drop chocolate varies according to the chocolate recipe, viscosity, number of chips, and the shape requested by the customer. For a rotary depositor with an average length of 1,500 mm, capacity is 600 kg/h for chocolate chips and 1,200 kg/h for chocolate pieces.
An OMRON servo drive is used; the unit has an independent heating and cooling water system and easy manual height adjustment. Multiple dosing tubes are required to produce various types of chips and/or drops. A process water unit provides rapid cooling. Parameters and recipes are stored and managed through the Omron HMI touchscreen operating panel with recipe control.
