An industrial box-arrangement system consisting of three tables and 12 micro-roller conveyors that places three different product types into boxes in sequence and seals them.
The box arrangement system is an industrial solution designed for efficient box filling and packaging.
The system consists of three tables, a conveyor with adjustable speed at each stage, and 12 micro-roller conveyors. At the start, there is a table holding empty boxes. Since the products to be placed into boxes come in three different types, one type is placed into the box first, and then the conveyor passes the box to the next loading station for the next type. Meanwhile, the micro-roller conveyors feed product in from the right side while transferring empty moulds to the conveyor on the left. Once all three product types have been placed into the boxes, the lids are fitted; the filled and sealed boxes then move to the adjacent table for ribbon tying.
