Designed by İnnovas, the İNDÇD is a PLC-controlled depositor with X-Z axis motion that produces flawlessly shaped drops, chips and tailed drops in various diameters.
Designed by İnnovas, the İNDÇD produces flawlessly shaped drops, chips and tailed drops in various diameters. The depositor operates with motion on the X and Z axes. The system is PLC-controlled; the PLC and operator panel provide ease of use. Product weight and other settings are made via the PLC screen. The pistons are servo motor-controlled; both the X/Y axis motion and the filling pistons are driven by servo motors.
The depositor is equipped with chocolate level indicators. Chocolate is deposited after being electrically heated by silicone heaters on an anodized aluminium surface. The heated aluminium pouring die can be easily coupled onto the line. It can be manufactured with belt widths of 400, 600, 800, 1,000 or 1,200 mm as required.
