A three-zone heating tunnel used to heat moulds to the required temperature, with belt speed and heat adjustable via the control panel.
This tunnel is used to heat moulds to the required temperature. Mould loading at the infeed and collection at the outfeed are performed manually. Its control panel allows mould temperature and conveyor speed to be adjusted and monitored to match the requirements of the product being processed.
It consists of three separate zones. The mould heating tunnel line is fully cleanable and washable. The conveyor equipment is designed as a roller system for hygiene. Because the covers along the outside of the line can be opened, the tunnel is easy to disassemble and clean.
