The Vibratory Weighing and Filling System is a linear vibratory filler designed for the gentle filling of delicate, fragile bulk products, available in single-head or multi-head configurations. Developed specifically for products such as small nuts, dried fruit and confectionery, this system keeps drop height to a minimum throughout the filling process, minimizing product damage while achieving high weighing precision.
Operating through a three-stage vibratory pan system, the machine uses separate pans for product intake from the hopper, bulk filling and precision dosing. This design keeps product flow steady and automatically routes any excess product accumulating on the precision-filling pan back to the bulk-filling pan. Bulk filling is carried out directly over a scale positioned above the box, preventing the product from falling from height and eliminating the risk of sticking inside the weighing hopper. Precision filling is carried out in a separate weighing hopper, minimizing after-fall and increasing filling accuracy.
Suitable for fragile products up to a maximum size of 60 x 60 x 60 mm, the system comes standard with a colour touchscreen and a user-friendly interface.
